Christmas Delivery 2017
To guarantee delivery before Christmas day, orders must be placed before 2PM on Tuesday 19th December and the order paid via credit card.
Please be aware that there may be an extra day or two on top of standard delivery times due to the extra volume CourierPost have at this time of year.
While orders placed after this date may very well arrive before Christmas Day, we can’t guarantee it.
As always, we will do everything we can to get your order packed and processed as quickly as possible. However once it leaves our warehouse it is up to CourierPost and New Zealand Post to deliver your parcel on time.
Australian Christmas Orders
Orders going to Australia should be placed by Monday 11th December @ 2PM. Even though we use a 2-6 day delivery option, the courier networks in both NZ and Australia are overloaded at this time of year and there may be delays.
New Zealand Delivery Times & Costs
Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible. The table below should be used as a rough guide to delivery times, however no guarantees can be made because we are at the mercy of courier schedules.

For Auckland deliveries, you’ll usually receive your order the next business day. For orders to the rest of the North Island you should also receive them the next business day, however there is a small chance of a delay due to courier network problems such as road or airport closures. Orders to the South Island have a good chance of getting to you the next day, however plan on 2-3 days if it is critical.
Target delivery times are based on orders paid in full via credit card and for in stock items. Orders paid for by bank deposit will be processed and dispatched upon receipt of payment.

Important Notes:
- Orders delivered to Australia will not be charged GST
- Orders delivered to Australia will be charged in NZD
- Your final delivery cost will be displayed on the order confirmation step once an Australian delivery address has been provided.
Order Processing Time
When you place and pay for your order, all “in stock, ready for delivery” products will be packed up and made ready for courier pick up as quickly as possible. Usually this happens within 2-3 hours, however on very busy days this can take a little longer.
Delivery Company
We use a combination of CourierPost and New Zealand Post for sending orders. They’re the most reliable and fastest courier companys in the country which means your order will arrive quickly and safely.
Notifications
After you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the details. When we’ve processed your order you will receive another email with the tracking number and courier information.
Track Your Order
You’ll get a tracking number for every order which you can use to track your order every step of the way until it arrives on your doorstep!
International Delivery
Sorry, we currently do not offer international delivery apart from Australia.
