    We want you to love your Candle Crush purchase and we understand buying scented products online can be tricky. That's why we have our Love At First Sniff™ Guarantee. If you purchase a scent and don't fall in love upon first sniff, you can return it for a new scent or refund.

    We'll happily exchange or refund any item that hasn't been burned/melted. Please get in touch to let us know what you would like to exchange it for and we'll provide you instructions on how to return it. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

    Terms & Conditions: Return cost must be covered by the customer, Returns must arrive in brand new, unburnt, unmelted, re-saleable condition. Where a promotion such as buy X get X free is taken up, any refunds will be calculated after free item has been removed from the offer. Free gifts must also be returned in brand new condition if products which granted the free gift are being returned for a refund. Maximum one lot of returns/exchanges per order; subsequent returns/exchanges will incur a shipping & handling fee of $9.95.

    What happens if a product in my order is damaged?

    If a product turns up damaged, let us know and we'll decide on the best way to handle it. In some cases we'll ask for the product be returned to us, in others we may send out a replacement with proof of the damage. Rest assured, we'll take care of it in the fastest, easiest way possible.

    What happens if my order is incorrect?

    If we've packed your order incorrectly (which has only ever happened a couple of times), we'll send out the correct product immediately and pay your return shipping costs for the incorrect item.

    Who pays the return delivery costs?

    If the return is a result of our error (for example, we sent you the wrong product or the product is damaged), we'll pay the return shipping cost.

    If you've changed your mind on a product, we ask that you cover the return costs to us.

    Refund Processing

    If a refund is required, we'll process it straight away. Once we've processed it on our end, it is up to the banks as to how quickly you'll see it in your account, but it normally takes 2-3 days to happen.

    Cancelling an Order

    If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after you place it. If your order hasn't been processed, we can cancel your order and refund the full transaction amount back on to your credit card.

    Returning Gifts

    You can return items gifted to you for an exchange or store credit providing they are in brand new, unused condition. Refunds can only be processed back to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
